Terms and Conditions – Fly33 Game Pakistan Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of fly33 game — including registration, deposits, bonus activation, gameplay and withdrawal — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Fly33 game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use fly33 game you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a fly33 game employee.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of online gaming platforms is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended fly33 game account.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and preferred PKR payment method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3 Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one registered account at fly33 game. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the original will be closed. Any bonus balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be returned to the verified payment method at fly33 game's discretion.

Account security. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Fly33 game will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. Fly33 game accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account.

Account currency. All fly33 game accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bonus balances, winnings and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players using supported local payment methods.

Inactive accounts. An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve months will be considered inactive. Fly33 game may levy a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts after this point. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts can be reactivated by logging in.

4 Deposits and Payments

Fly33 game supports the following PKR deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, fly33 game reserves the right to hold the deposit pending verification and to return it to the source if verification cannot be completed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers benefit from increased daily deposit limits.

• Deposits are credited to your fly33 game account once confirmed by the payment processor.
• Fly33 game does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
• Fly33 game does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at fly33 game are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, fly33 game will complete a standard identity verification check. This may require you to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport and confirmation of your PKR payment method. This is a one-time process for most players and is completed within one to two business days in normal circumstances.

Processing times by VIP tier:

• Bronze & Silver: Withdrawals processed within 24–48 hours after verification is complete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses at fly33 game are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Time limit: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through before expiry will be removed from the account.

7 Gameplay Rules

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game malfunction during a real-money session, fly33 game's system logs will be used to determine the state of play at the time of the fault. Fly33 game is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified platform-side fault, the wager for that round may be refunded at fly33 game's discretion.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game variant and the decisions of the live dealer and game supervisor. Results in live casino are final once confirmed by the game system. Disputes relating to live casino outcomes should be submitted to support within 24 hours of the session in question.

8 VIP Programme

The fly33 game VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from their first real-money wager. Progression through tiers is based on loyalty points accumulated from real-money play across all game sections.

Points are awarded on a per-wager basis for real-money play. Bonus-funded wagers do not generate VIP points. Point requirements for each tier and the benefits associated with each tier are published on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.

Abuse of VIP benefits or any conduct that violates these Terms may result in VIP status being revoked.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fly33 game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Termination

Termination by the player. You may close your fly33 game account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified PKR payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by fly33 game. Fly33 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Identity or age verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 has been identified.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and holds no balance.
• Fly33 game is required to do so for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Where an account is closed by fly33 game due to a Terms violation, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the verified payment method at fly33 game's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
